The Job

We are looking for a passionate paid Marketing Intern with a good sense of creativity, marketing initiatives and activations. This position is perfect for anyone interested in learning more about marketing and wanting to gain experience within a career in marketing. The role will help to manage and implement content creation, website content, newsletters, PR, and copywriting.

Working directly with the Marketing Director in the development of the Horizm marketing planning this role offers the perfect opportunity to gain a wide range of essential skills within a marketing career.

Imagine working closely with many of the world’s largest sports rights holders, athletes and agencies to help them better understand the way they market and commercialise their digital assets.

Horizm is the first pricing and inventory management tool trusted by top entities from Chelsea, Real Madrid to The Australian Open & Delhi Capitals, helping them maximise their commercial digital inventory.

  • Newsletter creation and management
  • Curation of social calendar and execution
  • Copywriting where relevant
  • PR updates and proofreading
  • Stakeholder management
  • Event promotion and roundups
  • Lead the weekly tracking, reporting, and auditing of the UK marketing performance
  • Support in executing all events.
  • Trends research and awareness for promotional opportunities
  • University degree or expectant degree
  • Understanding of social media and content marketing
  • Willingness to learn and think quickly on your feet
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work seamlessly with internal and external resources
  • Support the Marketing Director on delivering media & PR campaigns, including management of client
  • Understand the brand guidelines and have an eye for acceptable creatives
  • Work closely with our Sales team and provide operational marketing support.
  • A self-driven, go-getter with passion for growing an exciting brand, business and marketing.
  • Have knowledge of the sporting industry, preferable with existing network and experience in marketing and social media, but not essential.
  • Team-player and responsibility-taker with an entrepreneurial mindset and a high level of independence.
  • Able to manage and organise multiple projects.
  • Energetic, quick-thinker, solution-oriented.
  • Fluent in English, any additional language a plus.
