Job Description
Imagine working closely with many of the world’s largest sports rights holders, athletes, and agencies to help them better understand the way they market and commercialize their digital assets. Horizm is the first pricing and inventory management tool trusted by top entities from Chelsea, Arsenal, Real Madrid to The Australian Open & Delhi Capitals, helping them maximize their commercial digital inventory.

Working directly with the rest of the commercial team, this role offers the possibility to own and manage key client relationships with an unprecedented opportunity to build long-term relationships within the market.
Responsibilities:
  • Driving Revenue Growth:
    • Spearhead the revenue growth of the Horizm portfolio.
    •  
  • Business Development:
    • Build a pipeline of new business client targets, driving engagement from adoption to conversion.
    • Identify new opportunities across clients in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders from different teams.
    • Organize, plan, forecast, and manage your sales pipeline in the CRM.
    • Lead new business activity and proposals, sharing client knowledge with the wider team.

  • Leadership and Knowledge Sharing:
    • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders such as the Leadership and Technical Team to help set the strategic direction of the company 
    • Oversee the business development commercial team, ensuring accountability for the team’s overall performance
Qualifications:
  • Experience in Sales and working towards annual revenue targets.
  • Passionate about building client relationships and driving client engagement
  • 8-10+ years of experience within the sports marketing, social media or digital agencies.
  • Ability to identify revenue opportunities and ambition to increase revenue portfolio.
  • Comfort and proficiency in consultative selling at enterprise level.
  • Ability to tell a story through our various platforms and data.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the Advertising and media industry
  • Knowledge and  interest in the sports, media and entertainment business and sponsorship landscape.
  • A genuine passion and curiosity for research, with an understanding of how data works.
  • Exceptional presentation skills and an ability to lead a discussion with senior clients.
  • Self-starter with excellent initiative and communication skills
