The Job

Imagine working closely with many of the world’s largest sports rights holders, athletes and agencies to help them better understand the way they market their digital assets. Horizm is the first pricing and inventory management tool trusted by top entities, helping them maximize their commercial digital inventory.

Responsibilities:
  • Be the owner for Horizm digital sponsorship offering on pre-defined markets.
  • Drive innovative brand partnerships through outbound and inbound opportunities.
  • Ownership of direct sales budget, revenue and strategy. 
  • Be a consultative and creative partner to our direct clients (Brands)  and agencies to develop meaningful custom solutions.
  • Work with Horizm platform to create packages for rights holders to up-sell at our marketplace.
  • Oversee the IP rights, promotional rights, data rights, and media strategy for clients within the sponsorship offering.
  • Be able to think strategically and take ownership of Horizm global sponsorship offering, whilst being excited to get into the market and create sales opportunities as well as develop the best product for the brands and agencies. 
  • Be comfortable pitching ideas to external stakeholders (mostly C-level or VP-level)
  • Help defining Horizm go-to-market strategy for brands and agencies.
Qualifications:
  • Have a clear understanding of the sport business landscape, both culture and business.
  • 10+ years of experience in global sponsorship sales.
  • Hungry to keep on top of youth culture, the evolving digital landscape, successful content and campaigns delivered by publishers, rightsholders, brands and agencies.
  • Experience with developing creative partnerships through digital only sponsorship packaging.
  • Understanding of media sales and digital advertising is very relevant.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and a bias for proactively resolving issues.
